		<description>The product looks nice - but it does not work on many configuration: the sound just stops coming from the speakers after about 20 mins of game play - razer had a firmware fix which doesn&#039;t fix anything - they made me jump through hoops, lots of slow back and forth emails, sending screenshots and configs etc... to finally come back to day with

&lt;br /&gt;Interestingly today is exactly the 31th day since I ordered on amazon - ie I can&#039;t return this defective product... in other word I got scammed - don&#039;t be !

&lt;br /&gt;Microphone quality is also horrible on windows 7 (and volume/sensitivity setting of it basically doesn&#039;t work either)

&lt;br /&gt;If by miracle a fix eventually comes I&#039;ll update this...
